Commission dollars are taken from the carrier statement — EZLynx does not compute an expected commission. Reconciling means matching every line to a policy, confirming the matched lines total the statement, and assigning the correct producer for payout. Lines that did not auto-match show Unmatched — research each in Applicant Search to find the right EZLynx account, confirm it is the same client, then assign the producer from prior payouts / the carrier portal / the agent's Slack claim.
